High Vis Men's Long Sleeve Waffle Tee with Reflective Stripes - Work & Safety Wear

I'm 5'-6" and 155 lbs - the medium fits me well though the arms are a touch long. I would normally wear a "large" tee shirt for a loose fit, but the larger version of this shirt was much too big. I wear these shirts on a construction site in Singapore (the tropics) where the heat index is typically 90 F or higher day and night. There's no way not to sweat, but at least the shirts dry fast and don't retain odor after washing. The Scotch-Lite holds up pretty well to repeated washings, though it does tend to haze over a little. I've had to cut a few loose threads that secure the reflective bands, but the bands are still secure.I haven't had any problems with durability of the shirt fabric to snags and abrasion. I haven't tested the fabrics resistance to casual exposure to welding or grinding sparks. One downside to the shirts is that once stained with grease, rust or any number of other construction site grime (including coffee), the stain is permanent. I've tried various stain removers and nothing works. Given that the shirts are for work, this isn't a problem for me - I just don't wear them anywhere else. Once I'm back home and running in the winter time, I'll probably repurpose them for dusk/night runs - even with stains they are still very high visibility.If I wear this kind of clothing at work, then I don't have to wear a safety vest. It's much more practical, and doesn't get in the way like a vest does. The cool max material is very comfortable on hot days! I gave this 4 stars because it was just a little bit large. This type of material works better when it's in contact with your body. I have a 44" chest, and this in a large size is just a little baggy, but I think a medium would be to small. The long sleeve will be for colder weather, so I'll have something underneath, so I think it will work out well!I like the shirt, it is well made, can definitely be seen from a distance and has a front pocket. I used the size chart, that was provided on the listing, and ordered a 2XL by their measurements and should have ordered an XL as these appear to run big. I'm going to keep it though as a little room to move around in while bicycling is better for me than a tight fitting garment.Shirt fit properly using stronger and slightly thicker material then other work shirts I tried. Also the pocket is about 2 inches longer allowing me to carry my phone and work supplies in the pocket without falling out. The only issue I have that made this a 4 star is the material is still slightly thin.i work in the field and needed High Viz clothing , and I am sure it is surprising that it is virtually IMPOSSIBLE to find this stuff made for women. So, I ordered this and it fits well, washed well and serves its purpose.Love the shirt. Only complaint (and its a small one) is that the stitching is fraying a bit on the hi-viz edges. I'm sure this is just due to repeated washing but again, not a deal breaker but its a minor inconvenience to have to cut them off every now and again.This shirt washed great and has upheld it self to my hard working husband ... Our only complaint is that the sleeves are a little long and slouchy. Sometimes the sleeves get in the way and have to be pushed up. Overall, this is a great product!I am a Health and Safety lead and have worn hi viz shirts daily for years.This is long sleeved ..really breathable but still warm in cool climatesHi viz clothing isnt for everyone...but i love these shirtsLight weight and a somewhat slimmer longer fit which I like. Im 6ft 200lbs with a bigger chest and nothing smaller than a large will fit. Long arms and not a big boxy shirt you swim in in the larger sizes. I tried a medium amd sent back for the large which fits perfect. Il be buying a few more of these for since they feel like they will be great for hot summer work days as well as an under shirt for when you need to take your high vis jacket off bit still need the stripes.This one I ordered a bit big based on previous experiences, however this one is the size as advertised! Great material and value!
